Join us for a very special Georgian supra-inspired feast with Chef Alex Raij of Michelin-starred La Vara, Txikito, and El Quinto Pino, and Carla Capalbo, award-winning author of Tasting Georgia and other delicious writing.
We'll be filling the table with the inimitable flavors of the Republic of Georgia through the lenses of these incredible chefs. Their friendship and collaboration was formed through food, and will illustrate the shared sensibilties of Georgian and Basque cooking. These two singular cultures are thought to be an ancient tribe divided, and now we celebrate their coming together again.
